Wappingers Falls, NY - The CBA XC team took its annual trip to New York for the Bowdoin Classic. The boys ran without top runners as they were preparing for a grueling stretch of races. Our second 7 took advantage of the opportunity with some incredible efforts. The course runs about 20 seconds slower than Holmdel. The trip was great for bonding and teaching the younger athletes how to be a CBA runner.

In the varsity race, Dominic Moscatello '29 ran the 7th fastest time for a freshmen in meet history. His time of 17:03.8 was the second fastest freshmen in CBA history at this meet. Behind Dominic, CBA had a ton of great races. Matt McInerney '26 ran a big PB in 17:12 and Liam Schmitt '28 ran his first race sine April to run 17:19. Michael Romero '27 and Max Kemp '28 rounded out our top with races in the 17:30s. The team finished 3rd behind Bronx Science and Westfield.
