Holmdel, NJ - The Colts won the A North title with a measured effort and a score of 30 points. Led by Luke Hnatt '26 and Gavin Schmitt '27, the Colts harriers dictated the pace and led a slew of PBs. Hnatt and Schmitt were 16:11 and 16:14 officially and both closed their last mile in under 4:20. Fellow senior, Ryan Collins, was the 3rd Colt in 16:30. The 4th and 5th runners were FRESHMAN Dominic Moscatello in 16:56 and SOPHOMORE Justin Ventimiglia in 16:58. Dominic is the first Colt to break 17 at Holmdel in September as a freshmen and only the 5th freshmen in CBA history to break the 17 barrier. Ventimiglia's time of 16:58 was a large PB for him as he looks to make the top 7.
In the Freshmen/JV race, Max Kemp '28 ran a fast 11:19 over the 2.1 layout. Juniors Lucas Scrivanic and Nick Marx ran great times of 11:20 and 11:30 for 2nd and 3rd. The freshmen crew added to their early legacy with 3 times under 12. Chase VanDerHoof, Trey Summers and Gideon Rivera all made the All Time List with great races.
