Colts Capture Shore Conference

Neptune, NJ - Kam Coleman '23 set a Shore Conference meet record in the Triple Jump to lead the Colts to their 17th title in the Spring season. The Colts scored 115 points to the win meet over Manchester (38 points).


Coleman's triple jump of 46'.75" set the meet record by over a foot (Daquan Moore of Lakewood 45'.25"). Coleman also finished 2nd in the high hurdles with a PB of 14.79.


Jarrett Sanderson's jumps crew also scored in the high jump and pole vault. Senior Chris Brown finished 2nd at 6'2" after a jump off for 1st. Workhorse, Ben Skrincoski '22, finished 4th in the pole vault at 12'. Ben finished 3rd in the 400 hurdles and ran on the 4 x 400 as well.


Nick Sullivan '23 and Jack Falkowski '24 won the 3200 and 1600 respectively. Sullivan muscled out a 9:34 in a hot and humid morning. Falkowski closed his 4:22.34 in 59.2. Lucas ward finished 4th in the race at 4:27. Soph Conor Clifford ripped a 1:56.53 to score 2nd place in the 800

Matt Herman '23 won the 400 hurdles in 56.20. He led a 1-3-4 finish with Skrincoski and Joe Silvestri '22 in 3rd and 4th.


Andrew Cusick's throwers scored a huge 31 points. Robert Manse III '22 led the squad with a 2nd in the shot (56'10.75") and a 3rd in the discus (162'3").
